COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

Our office is still under “Shut Down” mode. However, as this pandemic situation is leveling off, we are scheduling for annual vision exams and follow-up visits starting May 4th in accordance with Alaska State Mandate.

We will resume our normal office hours (Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with the new protocol in place.

All our staff will be wearing facemask and gloves to minimize the risk of infection and expect all our patients to have face-covering when coming in for their appointments. Social distancing is enforced throughout the clinic. No more than two people from the same family are allowed to enter and are required to take temperature upon entering. Anyone with fever will be asked to reschedule and seek urgent care. All the paper works are to be filled out prior to the visit.

As we plan and adapt to new normal, your patience and cooperation is appreciated for your safety and ours. Thank you and hope you all staying home safe and healthy.
